2. Can Microsoft CSP partners and customers co-terminate/align their Copilot for Microsoft 365 add-on subscription to the same end date as the prerequisite subscription?

Yes. Like all add-on subscriptions, Microsoft CSP customers can align the end date of their Copilot for Microsoft 365 subscription (annual commit/annual bill) to any of their eligible prerequisite subscriptions.

3. How will a Microsoft CSP partner be billed for the prepaid annual commit | annual bill for Copilot for Microsoft 365 subscription if the original term is reduced via coterminous setting with an eligible prerequisite?

Charges to partners will be prorated if the original term is reduced via coterminous setting. No. While monthly prerequisite subscriptions are eligible to add on Copilot for Microsoft 365, partners/customers cannot co-terminate an annual subscription with a monthly subscription.

5. What happens if a base product SKU’s term expires prior to the Copilot for Microsoft 365 subscription expiration date?

Partners are expected to manage the term end dates for add-ons to ensure there is alignment as needed to the base offer. Partners should avoid situations where a base product SKU term might end and situations that leave behind dependent add-ons that expire later.
